Your desk rows belong to you. Other members do not read them unless you share a deal. Connector tokens and webhook secrets are encrypted at rest and are not written into logs.

Mail sync stores headers you connect. Bodies stay in the mailbox unless a feature you turn on stores one. Orca does not sell the desk.
